Blessed Herbs by Ginny Darby
This article is not about the herbal company by the name Blessed Herbs, it's about the actual herbs themselves , the ones that properly mixed and prepared are reported to have actually cured thousands of people of cancer, AlDs, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, thyroid conditions, arthritis, impotency, allergies, the common cold, smokers cough, viruses, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, chronic fatigue syndrome, ulcers, hemorrhage, hemorrhoids, fibroids, prostate and urinary problems, circulatory problems, psoriasis, asthma, and works well to increase energy and keep one in general good health, as well.
I am sure there are other diseases that could be included that I am not aware of. All that I can personally vouch for are two cases of terminal cancer showing remarkable progress towards good health in a very short time, and my own strange, swift recovery from a severe speech problem following throat surgery which resulted in paralyzed left vocal cords. As far as colds and viruses go, I don't catch them anymore, and doubt that I will ever have another one!
The herbs I am talking about are common enough - burdock root, sheep sorrel, turkey rhubarb root, and slippery elm bark. Ask your Doctor if any of them can harm you in any way. It takes twelve hours to make the tea. It requires sterilized jars, and must be kept refrigerated. It will keep for several weeks. I wouldn't make more than a month's supply at one time. It costs me just under $5.00 a quart to make the tea. A quart is a week's supply for the first three months, then the dosage is cut in half and the quart becomes a two weeks supply!
According to the literature regarding the tea made from these herbs, it "elevates the immune system, the hormone system, and the enzyme system. Small wonder, then, that it works for so many conditions. There are also, reportedly, no side effects!
I am making this tea for myself, and for someone in my family who, by medical diagnosis and expectations, should be in the realm of the angels by this time, or at least barely hanging in here on Earth. I wish you could see her! She's in wonderfully good health . . . redoing her house, moving furniture, more active than most of us, and feeling great! The only medication she is on is Tamoxifen, an antiestrogen which is prescribed to retard the progression of cancer. She has (or HAD!) metastasis of breast cancer which first developed 6-7 years ago. She has had perfect check ups for years then developed what we thought was flu, but her lung was drained of pleural effusion containing cancer cells. . . an exact match to the breast cancer cells of several years back. She was pronounced "terminal" - no treatment recommended (except for Tamoxifen), and sent home. She subsequently went to Johns Hopkins and got the same results. However, God in his wisdom has provided us with many answers to our problems, and it looks like this remarkable herbal tea is the answer to hers. The other person whom I have been providing the tea for over the past 3-4 months was diagnosed with cancer of the female organs, bone, brain and I'm not sure what else. She was sitting at home, waiting to die, in her words. She did not have enough energy to cook, clean house, or any of the other basic things that must be done. Less than a week after she started the herbal tea she went out partying with friends! Today she is working full time as a waitress!
! have copies of many published articles on this tea, as well as two books, and, of course, the recipe for the tea. It has been called since the early 1900's Essiac . . and that is the formula I use. I was advised to find a reputable source of the herbs and brew it myself, admonishing against using the pre-packaged essiac that can be found on the shelves of health food stores, or any of the "improved" formulas now available. The reason becomes clear in some of the articles I have. Considering the results, I feel fairly sure that I have found the proper sources for the herbs.
I want to share this information with anyone who wants it. I make no claims or promises concerning the tea, and have only my personal experiences as stated in this article to substantiate my interest. I am making available the tea itself, the mixed herbs suitable for mailing in 4 qt. packages, copies of articles (where I have been able to get permission to reproduce the articles . . . others are here at my home, and can be copied here by anyone who wishes to stop and make the copies). One of the most remarkable is a letter from Dr. Charles Brusch of the well known Brusch Clinic in Cambridge. Massachusetts, who claims that he cured his own cancer of the lower bowel through Essiac alone! He was President John F. Kennedy's personal physician, and his write up when he won the 1981 Post-Gazette humanitarian award leaves no possibility of questioning his integrity or ability. I also have copies of the formula itself, a reliable source of the herbs, and access to the books written on the tea with many, many letters from people who have recovered.
